How does your ordering process work?
You can place an enquiry either via our social media or the form on our contact page. We can provide you with your personalised quote and depending on the time of year we will either take your order or send you the link to our waiting list. When we can take your order we will then ask you to pay an average 50% deposit. The remaining is only due once your receive proof photos 3/4 weeks later.
What is your current turnaround time?
3/4 weeks maximum.
How is my RTB delivered?
All boxes going up to 4 hours away from postcode KT4 are delivered our team, personally. Any going further are delivered by our trusted couriers using next day delivery.
Built personal delivery by us is £45 and couriered is £25.
How many letters can fit on one box, can I have more than one name?
Absolutely! There is no limit. For example a “W” is wider than “J” however RTB never says no, we make all our letters in house so font can be made smaller to meet your needs.

What are the dimensions of your RTB Ottoman?
The Ottoman: 84 x 44 x 34 cm The Ottoman is rectangular shaped
The Seated: 70Lx 48 x 44 cm The seated is cube shaped with side edgings
Do all your toy boxes have soft close hinges?
Yes. RTB takes safety very seriously, we understand how important it to you as a parent too. All our boxes are designed for your child to be able to use them themselves so all are fitted with safety hinges.
Can I have any design I’d like?
Yes. There is absolutely no limits at RTB! We can even match to your sofas exact fabric!
There are extra charges for special requests.
Do you offer payment plans?
Not right now. But we do only take 50% deposit until the box is complete which is when remaining is due - this can be paid by bank transger, debit or credit card.
What is your returns policy?
In line with the consumer rights act re personalised items we do not offer refunds. Exchanges/returns can only be made if a mistake/defect has been brought to our attention within 24 hours of you receiving your item. If you cancel your order when production has already started your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If your box is delivered via courier it is always insured with them. It is extremely unlikely for a defect / mistake to be made on your order as you receive proof photos to approve before paying your final payment.
